Please make sure that you send us a detailed but compact explanation of the occurred error. Among other things, your e-mail should include the error-message and most important - even if it is not easy - the steps, which caused the error.
The faster our engineers are able to reproduce the error, the sooner we can solve the error and provide you with a new release.
